What’s the point?
A vision board is a visual representation of something that you want to manifest into your life. Generally, it is used as a tool to create an easy to reference reminder of the goals that you want to accomplish in the future. With the new year starting, it is the perfect time to reflect on your life and think about what you want to accomplish this year!
Picking your content
Before you can create a vision board, you have to decide what you want to put on it. There are so many different ways to go about this, so pick the one that is best for you. One option is to write out detailed goals that you want to set and then pick a photo that matches each of those goals. If you want to be more free-spirited, you can forego the planning phase and simply choose photos that you feel drawn to. When it comes to making a vision board, it is all about you and what you want it to be. There is no right or wrong way to create a vision board!
If you are feeling stuck and don’t know where to start, we have previously posted a blog about how to organize you goals. In that blog we discussed how to categorize your goals and make a plan to easily implement them into your life! If you are interested in reading that first, you can click this link to check out that blog here!
If you are still feeling stuck after reading that post, I recommend searching for vision board inspiration photos on Pinterest. There are tons of boards from different users that can give you inspiration to choose from! We have also created a Pinterest board on our account that you can scroll through for more inspo! You can find that by clicking this link!

Time to Manifest!
Now that you have created your vision board, it is time to put it to good use. Make sure that you put it in a place that you will see it every day. You can even make it a morning or evening ritual to take a peek at it and remind yourself of the life that you want to create! If you make a physical vision board, some good places to put it are in your bedroom, in your office, or even in your bathroom! If you made a virtual vision board, I highly recommend setting it as the home screen on your laptop or ipad!
