The Background

With the New Year just beginning, goal setting and resolutions are a hot topic of conversation for everyone. Although traditionally goal setting comes from a positive place where we reflect and desire growth, many people struggle with goal setting and the emotional response to not accomplishing every task you had hoped to complete. If you are someone that has felt overwhelmed by goal setting and New Year’s resolutions in the past…this challenge is for YOU!

We created a challenge that allows you to focus on becoming your best future self in a laid back, simple and sustainable way. Rather than racing to the finish line, we challenge you to focus on your wellness from a holistic perspective instead. You can utilize small, actionable steps over the course of a week to slowly gain progress in order to reach your targeted goals. This enables you to be able to take breaks and have fun while working towards that future you!

The Challenge

Our challenge is broken down into five different categories of wellness: Mind, Body, Soul, Overall Health, and Future Self. In order to complete the challenge, you will choose one small goal from each category to complete over the course of a week. Below we have broken down the definition of each wellness category and listed some examples of tasks that can help you to complete them. The best part about our challenge is that it is personable to you! You can choose whatever task you want each week for each category and your weekly tasks can grow with you throughout the entire year!
